Delete Your ASAS Account

Request the permanent deletion of your ASAS account and the personal data held with it.

Confirm your identity with the mobile number and password you use to sign in to the ASAS app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your name, mobile number, email address and profile picture.
  • Your password and any Google or Apple sign-in linked to the account.
  • Every signed-in session and the push-notification tokens of your devices.
  • Your notification history, shopping cart, saved products and favourite companies.

What is kept, and why

  • Records of completed orders, payments, invoices, payouts and disputes are retained in a de-identified form, because accounting and anti-fraud law requires us to keep them and because they also concern the other party to the transaction.
  • Messages, proposals and reviews already delivered to another user remain visible to that user, no longer linked to your name.
  • Deleting your account does not settle an outstanding balance, an order in progress or an open dispute.
